Privacy Policy
The short version: no accounts, no forms and no ads. We count visits with Google Analytics so we know which boards people read, and you can turn that off.
Effective October 18, 2026
Who runs this site
Track The Floor (trackthefloor.com) is an unofficial fan tracker for The Floor, built and run by Dan Horn Media in Texas ("we", "us"). Questions about privacy go to webmaster@trackthefloor.com.
What we collect
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (country, region or city, never an exact location), the type of device and browser, the site that sent you here, and a few actions Google measures automatically, such as scrolling and clicking a link to another site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use these numbers only in aggregate, to see what people read. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off.
- Server logs. Like nearly every web server, ours records each request: the IP address, browser, page and time. These logs are kept for 14 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
- Email. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply, and nothing else.
We do not sell or share personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not use your information to profile you.
Cookies
The only cookies this site can set are Google Analytics' own, _ga and _ga_DVSCC6VFYD, first-party cookies that tell visits apart so they're counted correctly. They last up to two years. No advertising cookies are used.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics runs without cookies: Google's consent mode keeps them off, and visits are counted anonymously.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, you get the same cookie-free counting wherever you are.
- Turn it off. The button below stops analytics completely in this browser (it remembers your choice in your browser's local storage). You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Separately, to play the opening animation of a board only once per visit, the page notes in your browser's session storage that you've seen it. That note never leaves your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
Services we use
- Google provides Google Analytics and the Google tag that loads it. See Google's privacy policy.
- Everything else, including fonts, scripts and images, comes from trackthefloor.com itself.

Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email webmaster@trackthefloor.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you these rights; we count visits without cookies there, keep server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, with modern security headers. If you find a security problem, see our security.txt.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
