Using this site
Track The Floor (trackthefloor.com) is an unofficial fan tracker for The Floor, run by Dan Horn Media. By using it you agree to these terms; if you don't, please don't use the site. You're welcome to read, share and link to any page.
Not affiliated with FOX
Unofficial fan tracker, not affiliated with FOX or the producers of The Floor. The Floor is a format created by John de Mol and produced around the world under licence; its name, board and broadcasts belong to their owners, including FOX in the US and the networks named on our Around the World page. Mentioning them doesn't mean they sponsor or endorse this site. Cast photos and board colours are publicity material, credited where they appear and used for fan commentary; if you hold the rights to anything here, tell us and we'll take it down.
Our content and Wikipedia's
The site's design, code and writing are Dan Horn Media's. Much of the season data (the earlier US seasons, the international boards and the Around the World page) is adapted from Wikipedia and is shared under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence, as credited on each page; you may reuse that data under the same licence.
Accuracy
We check every duel against the board, but recaps and sources can be wrong and shows change their rules. Treat the site as a fan record, not an official one, and tell us if you spot a mistake.
Links to other sites
This site links to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or availability.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dan Horn Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, or from relying on anything on it.
Privacy
How the site handles analytics, cookies and server logs is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with its effective date. Questions go to webmaster@trackthefloor.com.
